I think it is a marketing gimmick! Like a backwards “S” to draw attention! Besides, let’s be realistic. Is this a job you get by PASSING a test?

i would’ve guessed “ellerIES”? i mean, isn’t that proper elementary grammar for pluralization of things ending in -y?
